4. Payment Terms

A deposit is required before work commences. Payment schedules are outlined in the project contract. Late payments may incur additional fees as specified in the agreement.

5. Intellectual Property

1. Cancellation Policy

Clients may cancel projects within 7 days of signing the contract for a full deposit refund. Cancellations after 7 days but before work begins are subject to a 15% administrative fee.

2. Refunds for Incomplete Work

If we are unable to complete the project as agreed due to our circumstances, you will receive a prorated refund for work not performed, calculated based on the contract value.

3. Material Returns

Unused, uninstalled materials in original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Custom-ordered or personalized items are non-refundable.

4. Defective Work

We stand behind our workmanship. Any defects discovered within the warranty period will be repaired or replaced at no additional cost to you.

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 10-14 business days to the original payment method. Bank processing times may vary.
